Lauren Beninate’s journey and passion for real estate began in 2012 when she started working part-time at a real estate office during college. But her love for the Panama City Beach area goes back even further—Lauren grew up vacationing here as an infant and always dreamed of making it "home" one day. Now, she not only gets to live out her dream but also helps others make their dreams come true by finding their perfect home on the Emerald Coast.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Columbus State University in her hometown of Columbus, GA, what started as a passion quickly evolved into a thriving career. She now holds active real estate licenses in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama—making her your go-to expert across state lines.

In 2019, Lauren married her best friend, Nick, who was already living and working in Panama City as an attorney at the largest local law firm. While Nick built his legal career, Lauren thrived in the coastal real estate market. By 2022, Nick transitioned to working full-time in real estate alongside Lauren, and together they formed the BeninaTEAM, combining their skills to provide unmatched expertise and service to their clients.

Lauren’s perseverance extends beyond real estate—she is a childhood cancer survivor, a journey that shaped her resilience and passion for helping others. That same determination drives her commitment to guiding clients through one of life’s biggest milestones with care and expertise.
